2. Coaches are listed by region, first by USA State and by country, with contact information (at your election, to help prospective students find you) on the Coaches page both at EZ-Tennis.com and at Oscar’s www.tennisteacher.com.
3. Access to a library of over 100 written tennis tips from Oscar Wegner.
4. Oscar has available to MTM coaches a promotional Tennis 101 Basic CD ROM (22 minutes from the Tennis 101 DVD) at a cost of $1 each, to use as you see fit to build up your own area of influence and grow your income. Sample flyers and sample promo materials developed by other member coaches are also available. You will also be able to purchase, through a special link and a password, Oscar's Books and DVDs at discounts ranging from 45% to 60%, depending on the materials.
5. Future conventions and seminars for MTM coaches and their guests.
6. Special discounted fees to bring in Oscar, John Carpenter, or other MTM officials to your area for clinics, seminars, and events.
7. A password will be given to all MTM coaches to access Oscar's online tennis academy (a $100 yearly value FREE) with Oscar’s famous 1992 book (I often hear it referred to by coaches as the “tennis bible”) with Bud Collins on the cover with interactive videos for you to review and for you to offer free to your students to aid their tennis progress. The famous ESPN Interntational Play Like the Pros Tennis Tips that have never appeared on TV in the USA debunking the myths of tennis are available to you and all your students only as you see fit to promote MTM.

First: Score a minimum of 80% on a sixty question multiple choice test or at least 48 correct. Upon request, you may take the written exam in Spanish or Portuguese. All correct answers to the test are found in three places, listed directly below this paragraph. Current certification is renewable yearly upon renewing your $50 Membership, while we set up the initial coaching army and then determine which coaches are to be appointed as field trainers and evaluators in Modern Tennis Methodology as we move towards actual field testing certification for the higher levels.

3. This website, created by John Carpenter, www.ez-tennis.com contains several relevant facts about the development of Modern Tennis Methodology and clearing up several misconceptions.

Director’s Note: If you have thoroughly studied either of Oscar’s two books and seven DVD you should pass the exam easily (provided you understand Modern Tennis Methodology). Be aware that conventional and modern tennis teaching do not mix. We have different exams which we will send out in random order and should you need to retake the exam, you will not receive the same exam. The exams will demonstrate you understand the true fundamentals of Modern Tennis Methodology. Corrections will be sent to each coach to explain and clear up any misunderstandings. On the failed answers, we will provide the correct answers or tell you where to find the correct answers and you will have to attest via email that you have read and/or understand the source of the answers.

Second: You pay $50 and take the exam which will be emailed to you within 3 business days of receiving payment. This $50 is the yearly fee and is not prorated.

Third: Once you have passed the exam, a signed certificate by Oscar Wegner will be e mailed to you at the e mail address provided, so you can print it, or, upon request, mailed to you. You will be granted the right to list the level achieved on your business card. MTM Apprentice is for those parents or amateur coaches who do not have six months on court teaching MTM or just wish to be recognized as proficient in Modern Tennis Methodology.

MTM Associate: above 18 years of age, minimum test score of 80% on exam, no prior teaching experience, (this category is especially for those amateur “coaches” such as parents who wish to demonstrate and certify their knowledge of Modern Tennis Methodology.
MTM Instructor: above 20 years of age, minimum test score of 80% on exam, at least 6 months prior professional teaching experience.
MTM Pro: above 21 years of age, minimum test score oft 90% on exam, at least one year prior professional teaching experience.

There are two other categories being implemented, in line with the ITF gradation of Level 4 and Level 5 coaching professional, which will be obtainable by courses delivered in the USA by Oscar Wegner.

If you fail the test, we will email you a second test and tell you where to find the source of the correct answers for those you missed previously so that you may improve your understanding. This second test will be emailed to you at no charge.
